HEDENT Perform Acrylic, monomer and separators.

Available in Vertex Pink veined colour or in clear, in 5 kg bulk packs or 1 kg packs. The monomer comes in a 1000 ml bottle.

Manufactured in Germany for use with the Hedent Perform denture processing system, this is a hypo-allergenic material which when cured has a very low amount of free monomer present which disperses completely in a short period of time.

Being a pour acrylic, one of the advantages of this material is that repairs can be undertaken with the same material that the actual denture is made of thereby eliminating any join lines between repair and denture body.

Ideally this material is cured in a water bath at a temperature of 40 deg C under a pressure of 4 to 6 Bars. The higher the pressure, the better the result.

Hedent also supplies its own brand of separator for stone and acrylic, both products are part of the PERform system of denture production.
